Child
Care Links, Inc. is a non-profit, no-stock corporation
under and by virtue of the General Laws of the State
of Maryland.
The Corporation is organized exclusively as a charitable
and educational organization within the meaning of section
501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as
amended (or any corresponding provision of any future
Unlisted States Internal Revenue law or regulations
hereunder, hereinafter collectively referred to as the
Internal Revenue Code), for the following purposes:
(a) Supporting families in the most
important roles of nurturing their children and balancing
the demands of family and work;
(b) Assisting parents in locating and evaluating child
care that is well suited to their needs, preferences,
and economic environment;
(c) Providing technical assistance to employers attempting
to respond to their employee's child care needs;
(d) Compiling, analyzing, and sharing information with
parents, child care providers, and communities;
(e) Building connections in communities and states to
create appropriate policies on family and children's
issues and to generate additional resources for child
care.
